Beginning his legal career in the non-profit sector, Domenick helped those with criminal justice involvement reintegrate back into society. His work helped countless people obtain identification, restore their driving privileges, resolve dated legal matters, and achieve sustainable employment. Immediately after law school, he gained invaluable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Mitchell I. Steinhart, J.S.C. in Bergen County Superior Court.
Domenick is a published author and has contributed his research and findings in his paper The Effects of the Opioid Epidemic on the Reentry Population. He was also co-author of the 2019 report Barriers, Best Practices, and Actions for Improving Reentry Services.
Domenick has multiple years experience practicing immigration law. He has successfully applied for and represented clients pursuing Asylum, Visa U, VAWA Visas, Petitions for Alien Relatives, naturalization, family-based immigration matters, Adjustments of Status, Renewal of Green Cards, K-1 Visas, employment-based Visas (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), etc.
Outside of work, Domenick enjoys exercise, spending time with his family and friends, and the outdoors. He was born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey.
